1. Coconut Milk
Coconut milk is the most essential ingredient of Thai cuisine and is used in almost all Thai dishes whether it is a savory dish or a dessert. You can easily find coconut milk in almost every grocery store.
This is very similar to common ginger but it is lighter in color and sometimes it has pinkish tinge to it.
